What to expect from the first contact
In the first contact we listen to the situation, check whether any deadline is running and tell you frankly whether the matter falls within our practice. If it does, we present the proposed route, the scope of the work and what we need from you to get started. If it does not, we tell you that too.
What we do not do
We do not promise outcomes, we do not take cases with conflicts of interest and we do not work with boilerplate. We follow the OAB Code of Ethics and Discipline and the advertising rules for the Brazilian legal profession, because trust is built by being open about risks and possibilities, not by guarantees nobody can give.
Why us
No law firm can promise an outcome, and neither do we. What is within our control is how we work: who leads the case, how decisions are made and how information reaches you. That is what we describe below, and we commit to doing what is written here.
You speak with the partner who runs your case
The partners personally follow every case, from setting the strategy to the key filings. You know who decides, you have direct access to that person and you never have to repeat your story at each contact.
We read the business before choosing the argument
Before choosing a legal route, we understand the operation, the family context or the commercial goal behind the problem. The argument comes afterwards, in service of what you actually need to solve.
Advisory and litigation, integrated
Whoever drafts the contract knows litigation, and whoever litigates knows where the document fell short. That integration avoids rework and lets us address the cause of a conflict, not just its consequences.

We have followed the regulation of sports betting since the market took shape, and we work in healthcare, public procurement and dealings with government bodies. We know the rule, the regulator and the logic of enforcement.
